Who knew? IHOP has a menu called Simple & Fit. We went there for dinner last week while we were out running errands. PE Boy got the pancakes with the make your own decorations for Halloween. His creation is above. Cute.
The Simple & Fit menu has meals that are all under 600 calories and each of the items list the calories.

SIMPLE & FIT Omelettes: Our SIMPLE & FIT omelettes are made with egg substitute and served with seasonal fresh fruit.
SIMPLE & FIT Turkey Bacon Omelette: With Swiss cheese.420 Calories

SIMPLE & FIT Grilled Tilapia Seasoned tilapia, grilled to perfection then topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, diced tomatoes, balsamic glaze and a lemon wedge. Served with steamed broccoli and a house salad with reduced-fat Italian dressing.490 Calories
I had the Turkey Bacon Omelette with Swiss cheese and asked them to add onions, spinach and tomatoes. It came with a small side of fresh fruit. It was really good. There are more options to try. All of the kids menu items are under 600 calories too. I will definitely be going back.
